Meet Our Providers

Trevor began his healthcare career in 2012 as an RN after earning his BSN from Texas Tech, later completing his MSN and FNP credentials at Texas State University in 2017.

 

Before joining HH&W, Trevor worked with patients in family, neurological, and behavioral health at a traumatic brain injury hospital and served as Director of Nursing for a large hospital system.

 

A South Austin native, Trevor is passionate about serving the Dripping Springs community, where he lives with his growing family and two golden retrievers. He blends traditional and holistic medicine to empower patients on their path to optimal wellness.

With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, Colleen is passionate about helping patients improve their health and well-being. She began her career as a bedside nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital and has since gained diverse clinical experience through travel nursing across various healthcare settings.

 

Now based in Austin, Colleen brings her knowledge and compassionate care to her patients, focusing on a holistic, lifestyle-based approach to medicine. She emphasizes preventive care and supports patients in making lasting changes to enhance their overall health.

 

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys exploring the Texas outdoors through hiking, running, and practicing yoga.

Abbie Dash, MSN, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. She graduated from the University of North Dakota, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing. Abbie began her nursing career in 2018 and has since gained experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including neurology, step-down ICU, telemetry, and travel nursing. Her career has taken her from her home state of North Dakota to Minneapolis and Seattle, and now to the Austin area, where she is excited to serve the local community.

 

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Abbie is passionate about women’s health, preventative care, and helping patients take an active role in their health and wellness. She believes in looking at the whole person and building meaningful relationships with her patients to create individualized care plans that support both short- and long-term health.

 

Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending time with her dogs, walking around Lady Bird Lake, finding a good coffee shop, and traveling.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

What to Bring

Bring a valid ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications. New patients should bring referral documents if applicable.

We accept most major insurance plans. Copays and self-pay fees are due at the time of service.
