Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) – Austin, Texas

Pay: $120,000 – $130,000/yr

Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine, while also providing medical aesthetic services, including cosmetic injectables and wellness treatments.

The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative wellness, and helping patients achieve both optimal health and aesthetic goals through evidence-based care.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of licensure.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Functional and Integrative Medicine principles.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
  • Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Texas law and clinic protocols.
  • Administer IV vitamin infusions, injections, and other wellness therapies.
  • Perform medical aesthetic procedures including:
  • Botox® and other neuromodulator injections
  • Dermal filler consultations and treatments (experience preferred)
  • Medical-grade skincare consultations
  • PRP and regenerative aesthetic treatments (preferred)
  • Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) evaluations and ongoing management.
  • Educate patients regarding wellness, disease prevention, nutrition, weight management, and aesthetic treatment options.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, HIPAA regulations, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
  • BLS Certification.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and patient education skills.
  • Experience with IV therapy and medication administration.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience administering Botox® and cosmetic injectables.
  • Experience with dermal fillers.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic consultations and treatment planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine.
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
  • Experience with peptide therapy and medical weight management.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred).

Compensation:

  • $120,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience)

Mid-Level Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Austin, Texas

 

Pay: $120,000 – $130,000/yr

 

The Mid Level Nurse Practitioner within this position will provide care at a Family Practice Clinic with primary focus on Functional and Integrative medicine. We are opening a brand new location near Herber/Park City, Utah

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensures effective communications between the medical team and all other clinical and support-service team members.
  • Maintains and demonstrates a current working knowledge of procedures and treatments in accordance with organization’s policy and State and/or Federal guidelines.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments.
  • Administer IV Therapy
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and document findings.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in medication administration, including intravenous therapy.
  • Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate patient care.
  • Knowledge of catheter care procedures and ability to catheterize patients if necessary.
  • Familiarity with laboratory tests and ability to interpret results accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ultrasound Technician – Lubbock, Texas

 

Pay: $34-$38/hr

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our medical imaging team. As an Ultrasonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluations and scans using ultrasound technology as well as some MA duties. Your expertise will contribute to accurate and timely diagnoses for our patients.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound examinations on patients using sound waves to create images of internal organs and tissues

  • Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to obtain high-quality images

  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions

  • Position patients correctly to ensure optimal imaging results

  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze images and provide diagnostic information

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed

 

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Sonography or related field

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret images

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Summary: Happy Health & Wellness is looking for a creative, social-savvy Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating content that gets real visibility, working closely with our team on day-to-day marketing efforts and special projects.

 

LOCATION & COMMITMENT:

Hours: 15–20 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule (some potential weekend availability needed for occasional events)

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, on-trend social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, graphics) using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Contribute to content calendars and day-to-day social media management

  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments

  • Assist with marketing projects and tasks as needed

  • Support occasional weekend events

  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas

  • Collaborate with the broader team on various projects

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently a Junior or Senior in College, studying marketing, media, advertising, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.)
