Christal is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and third-generation medical professional. She grew up traveling the world and experiencing a wide range of cultures, which shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. With a strong foundation as a registered nurse in progressive care and emergency medicine, Christal has since gained experience in urgent care, family medicine, functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and IV therapy. She is committed to promoting a holistic approach to health, always keeping the patient at the center of care.

Christal earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University in 2016 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is passionate about patient education, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health, and takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients.

Christal believes in a whole-person approach to wellness, blending modern medical advancements with natural, functional, and traditional therapies. Her goal is to equip patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve lasting health and vitality.
