Meet Our Providers

Nicole is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. With a nursing career spanning over a decade, Nicole brings a wealth of clinical experience and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes. She has experience in hospital bedside nursing caring for adult patients with acute conditions, as well as case management nursing, where she focused on ensuring continuity of care.

Nicole earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She is dedicated to optimizing patient health through holistic, individualized care. Nicole is passionate about empowering patients through education, preventive strategies, and collaborative decision-making, while also supporting the health of the broader community. She is committed to helping patients better understand their health and actively participate in their wellness journey.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole values spending quality time with her family and friends. She and her husband are proud parents to a son and daughter, who keep them actively involved in after-school activities. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys traveling, reading, playing the violin, and volunteering in her community.
