Meet Our Providers

Heather is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people feel their best. Her background as a registered nurse includes experience in medical-surgical nursing as well as outpatient hemodialysis, where she developed a strong foundation in caring for patients with both acute and chronic conditions.

 

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2024. Heather is passionate about holistic, patient-centered care and wellness, and is dedicated to supporting her patients’ overall health through compassionate, individualized care.

 

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling, being outdoors, and staying active at the gym.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

What to Bring

Bring a valid ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications. New patients should bring referral documents if applicable.

Payment & Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. Copays and self-pay fees are due at the time of service.

All sessions are strictly confidential and protected under HIPAA regulations. Your privacy is our priority.
