Meet Our Providers

Daniel Benyamin is a certified Physician Assistant and proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. His career began in pediatric emergency medicine, where he gained invaluable experience caring for patients in critical moments.

Over time, he discovered a true passion for preventive and functional medicine—helping people take charge of their health before problems arise. At Happy Health and Wellness, his goal is to guide patients toward lasting well-being through a proactive, personalized approach.

Outside the clinic, he loves staying active on the soccer field and pursuing his unique hobby of collecting wristwatches and clocks.

Wylendra is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of progressive nursing experience across acute care, primary care, dialysis, home infusion, and post-acute geriatric settings. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Capella University and earned her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Western Governors University in 2024. She holds a BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington and began her nursing career with an ADN from Mississippi Delta Community College.

Wylendra’s clinical experience is diverse, including intensive care, medical-surgical nursing, urgent care, primary care, home health, dialysis, and post-acute geriatric care. As a FNP, she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting thorough assessments, and emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education. Her post-acute geriatric work includes stabilizing newly admitted patients, performing evaluations, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Before advanced practice, Wylendra built a strong foundation as a registered nurse in cardiac ICU, kidney transplant postoperative care, and medical-surgical nursing. She has extensive dialysis experience across outpatient hemodialysis, peritoneal, and home dialysis, including staff, travel, float, and leadership roles, with expertise in anemia management, vascular access, patient education, infection control, and team collaboration.

Currently, she works as a home infusion RN contractor and RN assessor, providing in-home infusions, assessments, and case management. She is a Texas-licensed RN with compact licensure, FNP-BC certified, and holds ACLS and BLS certifications. She is known for strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
