Vance Hale – Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner-C
Vance is a national certified Nurse Practitioner with over 29 years of experience in cardiovascular, pain management, surgery, hospital administration, long term care, long term acute, and state surveyor for the state of Texas. Vance received his master’s degree in nursing education from the University of Texas-Tyler and Post Master’s certificate of Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas-Arlington. He has since created a career in Internal Medicine treating patient from New Mexico and the state of Texas in outpatient and long-term care facilities.
Vance combines athletic experience participating in marathons, triathlons, and Ironman competitions. Vance was a 21-year veteran of the military and has a love and passion for assisting and treating patients that have acute and chronic conditions. He enjoys the seeing positive outcomes with his patients to include helping achieve their goals with health, weight, fitness and wellness.
Jessica Soler – FNP-BC
Jessica is a highly experienced and dedicated healthcare professional with a rich background in both military and medical settings. With a strong foundation as a Combat Medic and LPN in the Army, Jessica has honed her skills in providing critical care in challenging environments.
Throughout her medical career, she has gained extensive experience across various healthcare settings, showcasing versatility and adaptability. In the realm of medical care, she has excelled in telemetry, Corrections, Home Health, Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and House Supervisor roles in level 1 trauma centers. Her diverse background has allowed her to develop
a comprehensive understanding of different medical disciplines and the ability to deliver high- quality patient care.
Jessica chose to extend the realm of Nurse Practitioner services. She had the unique privilege of serving Afghan refugees, providing compassionate care to them during their difficult transition. Additionally, I she gained valuable experience conducting VA disability exams, caring for COVID-19 patients at the Austin Emergency Center and CVS Minute Clinic, as well as
delivering Primary Care to active-duty service members at Ft. Cavazos.
Jeni Fiorentino
Jeni is the office manager and the person you will most likely speak with to schedule
your appointment and the first person to greet you when you walk in the door. Jeni has
been a team member since 2016 and has been known to jump in and help anywhere
she is needed. She is a towering 4 foot 11 inches of fury. She currently coordinates all
appointments and oversees the daily operations and patient flow. Jeni is the best at
helping with the onboarding process.
When God created Jeni, he put the biggest heart
in the smallest body. When Jeni isn’t working, she is a dedicated wife and mother of 3
wonderful children and 2 sweet boxers. Her husband, Joe is a Pediatric Nurse at
Christus Trinity Mother Frances Hospital. Jeni is a joy and a priceless asset to our team.n
