Shelly Culver – MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Shelly believes that God wants each of us to feel, live and experience life in a fully optimized body despite the numbers of birthdays we experience.
TRAVIS ROEDER – PA-C
Originally from Marble Falls, TX, PA Travis Roeder first came to Waco in 2011 where he met his wife, Arden, at Baylor University. After a detour in Alabama to get his law degree, Travis returned to Fort Worth for PA school. He moved back to Waco in 2022 where he lives with his wife, two daughters, two dogs, and six chickens.
Travis was driven to medicine by his desire to help people optimize their health and get to the root cause of their issues, not just apply band-aids to symptoms as they appear. He is most passionate about extending health-span: helping us be as healthy as possible for as long as
possible. He frames all of this through the five pillars of health: 1) Nutrition, 2) Exercise, 3) Sleep, 4) Emotional Health, and 5) Supplements and Pharmaceuticals.
Outside of medicine, Travis is a big fan of Baylor Football, loves to be outside, and is a sort-of movie buff. He’d love to help you achieve your health goals.
RACHEL WARAPIUS – MSN, APRN, FNP-C
In her spare time, Rachel most enjoys being with her family. She and her husband stay busy with their two young sons and dog. Needless to say, they are an endless source of joy and entertainment. She loves to be outside having adventures with her family family – running, cycling, lifting weights, and practicing yoga to stay active. Rachel also likes to cook and learn about how to make nourishing and flavorful meals.
Rachel looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your wellness goals.
